We keep getting positive reports from people who use Salve on everything from minor burns, scrapes, baby's cradle cap and diaper rash, to inflamed acne. Salve also works wonders on dry, cracked, and irritated skin. Salve assists the body in speeding up the healing process. Next time you have a fresh owie, try putting a nice layer of Salve over the wound and then covering with a sterile bandage. What you are trying to do is keep the affected area bathed in salve for an extended period of time so that the cells in your skin have a good supply of the healing herbs Comfrey and Calendula, Tea Tree Oil and Lavender to use for cell repair and regeneration. It is amazing how much more quickly you will heal with a concentrated approach. Try covering your trouble spots with Salve and a bandage at night, since the body is naturally in maintenance mode while you sleep.

We make our organic sope using some basic principles:
Keep it simple. Use local and organic ingredients whenever possible. Small batches. Minimal packaging. Nothing artificial, no “unpronounceables”. Montana Safflower Oil in every batch. Organic herbs & organic exfoliants. Pure essential oils chosen for their therapeutic properties to benefit the mind and body.
The result is a high quality product that lathers well, smells great, really lasts, is a pleasure to use and is good for your skin. People love it.

Base Sope Ingredients: Montana safflower oil*, coconut* and palm* oils, sodium hydroxide, water, rosemary extract, pure essential oils. *Certified organic. Herbs and exfoliants vary with flavor.
2011 was the year for a whole new look for our company. Working with our great friend Duke from Duke Design Company for design and Alpha Graphics in Bozeman, MT for printing, we created an exciting new look for Sope in 100% recycled boxes, which has been described by industry experts as innovative, exciting, clean, fresh, colorful and new. Also this year, we introduced an upgrade for our Salve labels, which were printed here in Whitefish at Total Label, USA.
We came up with the minibar because we needed a simple way to provide our customers with samples of our sope. It happened that dividing our full size into 7 pieces was just the right size for a personal sized bar and let us fit all 7 of them into the same size package as our full size bars. Thus the Flavor Collection was born. But we also needed a mini bar for our hotel and b&b customers. Turns out that the larger bars we were providing were largely going to waste, so even though these minis are smaller than 1 oz, our customers like them better. And finally people love to put these little bars out for their guests to make them feel special.
